Entries
Online entries only: at entryninja.com through the secure electronic payment system on the registration platform using your credit or debit card.
There will be ZERO late entries at registration.
Normal 50km Entry: R690 includes free T-shirt.
Older than 60 years 50k Entry: R540 includes free T-shirt.
21km Entry: R300 includes free pair of socks.
8km Entry: R100
Repayment Option (Only amounts over R500 will qualify):
50% of entire entry immediately as deposit
Remainder to be paid off over NEXT two months
Each repayment equal to 25% each
This option is only available until 15 October 2024
Additional T-shirt: R250 per T-shirt
Additional Pair of socks: R130 per pair
Temporary License number: R60 per number

(In order to celebrate the special occasion, those that have completed 25 and more races will only receive their goodie bag, race t-shirt and race medal at the finish when finishing the race).
ALL ENTRIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND IF NOT FULLY PAID BY END OF NOVEMBER 2024 YOUR ENTRY IS FORFEITED – NO EXCEPTIONS
No – only online entries are accepted and payment via Mastercard, Visa cards. There are no late entries possible.
You will receive an email to complete your entry – follow the steps to finalize your entry.
Substitutions will be open 1st of November till 17th of November 2024.
The substitution fee will be R50.
Race Day
50km:
1st Cut-Off/15km: 2 hours (08:00)
Halfway/25km: 3 hours 30 minutes (09:30)
Marathon/42,2km: 6 hours (12:00)
Finish line/50km: 7 hours (13:00)
The race will continue in adverse weather conditions unless the safety officer deems it unsafe to continue. There are no refunds whatsoever.
Both the 50 & 21km races are timed by FINISH TIME. Each athlete will be given a race number with disposable CHIP at the back of your race number. NO RACE NUMBER – NO PRIZES.
8km race is not timed and deemed as a FUN RUN.
Parking will be provided at the venue. Please note that parking is at your own risk. The organising committee may not be held responsible for theft or damage to any vehicle and its contents.
We recommend getting there as early as possible. Runners must be ready and, in the start, pens at least 15 minutes before their designated race start time.
The start line will be closed 15 minutes after the Gun is fired.

Toilets will be available at the start, but no toilets on the route.
Yes, approximately every 3 kilometres.
Yes, they are welcome to come and watch you run. Spectators will also be able to track the race live on Facebook and YouTube.

Yes, all participants who finish the race within the specified cut off time will receive a race medal.
Race Pack
There will be 5 collection points and each athlete MUST select a collection point or choose that their race pack be posted using the couriers provided.

4 MARCH 2025 – GAME KOLONADE, PRETORIA, 10H00 – 17H00
6 MARCH 2025 – GAME CLEARWATER MALL, JOBURG, 10H00-17H00
9 MARCH 2025 – MAKRO RIVERSANDS, JOBURG, 110H00 – 14H00
14 MARCH 2025 – HARTBEESPOORT MARATHON CLUB, 12H00 – 20H00
NOTE:
Please bring your race entry message, that will be send to your phone before collection, or ID Document when collecting your race pack.
If you are collecting a race pack on behalf of someone else, you should have a copy of his/her ID document available at collection.
